In Coastal Catch we are empowering artisanal fishermen in the coastal communities of Central America to supply for the first time Yellowfin Tuna for local markets and master their techniques to achieve the best quality and freshness for export products like Mahi, Grouper and Snapper.
Before we began operations, many of these communities were relying on endangered sharks as their main source of income. With Coastal Catch, they are now earning four times more income, focusing on healthy Tuna, Mahi, Grouper and Snapper populations.
